The challenge
A group of experienced educators wanted a modern learning portal where teachers could sell courses and students could enroll, learn, and interact — but they had no existing digital presence. They needed course creation, video hosting, enrollment, payments, progress tracking, and a discussion forum for student-teacher engagement. With design central to retention, the platform had to be intuitive, beautiful, and enjoyable from day one.
Our response
We built a full-featured learning management system where teachers upload video lessons, create quizzes, set pricing, and manage enrollments through a simple dashboard. Students browse a structured course catalog, preview content, pay securely, and access purchased courses with automatic progress tracking. Each course includes a threaded discussion forum for meaningful community interaction, plus an admin panel for founders to manage users, revenue, and moderation.
Process
Held collaborative workshops to define educational goals, target audience, and UX requirements into detailed feature specifications
Designed wireframes and interactive prototypes, refining navigation, course layouts, and forum interfaces through user testing
Built the frontend and backend with integrated video hosting, payment processing, and a real-time discussion engine
